At VEYRA, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you securely and promptly. Please read through our shipping guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Where We Ship (Delivery Zones)
We currently provide shipping services strictly within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Requirements: To guarantee a successful delivery, please provide a valid, physical street address (residential or commercial) at checkout.
- Exclusions: At this time, our logistics partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Rates & Freight
- Standard Delivery: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all regular orders delivered within the lower 48 states.
- Oversized Freight: Some exceptionally large or heavy items may require specialized freight delivery. If any freight surcharges apply to your specific product, they will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. We guarantee absolutely no hidden fees.
3. Order Handling & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: All orders undergo a handling period of 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) before being dispatched from our US fulfillment centers.
- Schedule: Please note that our fulfillment centers are closed and do not ship orders on weekends or US federal holidays.
- High Demand Periods: During major sales events or holiday seasons, processing might require a little extra time. Rest assured, if there is an unexpected delay, our team will proactively reach out to you via email.
4. Estimated Delivery Windows
We utilize trusted domestic logistics partners, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to bring your items home safely.
- Order Processing Phase: 1 - 3 Business Days
- Time in Transit Phase: 3 - 9 Business Days

Total Expected Delivery: 4 - 12 Business Days from the moment your order is placed.
(Note: Actual transit speeds will vary depending on the distance between your shipping address and our fulfillment centers.)
5. Tracking Your Package
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a Dispatch Confirmation email complete with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to officially update your shipment's progress online.
6. Out-of-Stock Situations
While our system syncs inventory continuously, rare stock discrepancies can occur. If you purchase an item that unexpectedly sells out:
- We will contact you immediately.
- You will be given the choice to wait for the next restock or receive a prompt, 100% refund.
- We pride ourselves on domestic fulfillment and will never substitute your product or silently drop-ship from an overseas location without your explicit consent.
7. Sales Tax
Depending on your shipping destination and state regulations, applicable sales taxes will be automatically computed and added to your final total at checkout.
8. Modifying or Canceling Orders
If you change your mind, please reach out to us within 24 hours of ordering. We can issue a complete refund as long as the package has not entered the shipping stage. Once your items are in transit and a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer intercept the delivery. You will then need to receive the package and process it as a standard return.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We carefully pack every order, but transit mishaps can happen. While the shipping carrier holds legal liability for packages lost or damaged in transit, our customer experience team is here to advocate for you.
- Action Required: If your items arrive damaged or your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- How We Help: Immediately forward your order number and clear photos of the damaged item (and the outer box) to service@livingveyra.com. We will actively step in to help mediate the situation and find a satisfactory resolution.
