Refund policy
At VEYRA, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange guidelines are detailed below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges (14-Day Guarantee)
Customers are eligible to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any requests submitted after this 14-day timeframe will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. What Can Be Returned? (Item Condition)
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned merchandise must remain in pristine, resellable condition.
- Condition: The item must be absolutely new, unused, and free from any signs of assembly, wear, stains, or modifications.
- Packaging: It is mandatory that products are sent back in their complete original packaging. This includes all interior protective materials (such as foam padding and wrappers), hardware, accessories, and instruction manuals. We reserve the right to reject returns that are missing parts or original boxes.
3. How to Start a Return/Exchange (Mandatory Pre-Approval)
To avoid refused shipments and speed up your processing time, all returns or exchanges must go through a quick verification step before being mailed:
- Step 1: Reach out to us at service@livingveyra.com within your 14-day window.
- Step 2: For standard requests, please attach clear photographs or a brief video demonstrating that the item is intact and securely repacked in its original carton.
- Step 3: If you are claiming a damaged item, we need photos highlighting the specific defect/damage as well as the condition of the exterior shipping box.
- Step 4: Our support team will review your submission and reply within 1 to 2 business days. If authorized, we will issue you the specific US warehouse return address and further instructions.
- (Important: Please do not send packages back to the address on your shipping label without written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.)
4. Return Postage & Fees
- Company Responsibility (Defective/Damaged): If we made a mistake, or if your package arrives defective, broken, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. We will supply a prepaid return shipping label or arrange an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
- Customer Responsibility (Buyer’s Remorse): If you are returning a product due to personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong dimensions, a color mismatch with your room, or simply changing your mind—the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on valid returns.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once your returned package arrives at our facility and passes the quality inspection, we will send you an email notification confirming your refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to officially clear and post to your financial institution.
- Please note: Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
6. Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. As long as the order has not yet entered the shipping and processing stage, we will gladly issue a full refund immediately.
7. Exchange Policy
We are happy to accommodate direct exchanges if you need a different item, color, or size.
- Shipping Responsibilities: The shipping fee structure for exchanges is identical to our return policy. If you are exchanging an item due to personal preference (buyer's remorse), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item. If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover all associated transit fees.
- Expedited Option (Need it faster?): Traditional exchanges can take some time due to transit and warehouse processing. If you are in a hurry and need the new item urgently, the fastest route is to process a standard return for your original purchase and place a brand-new, separate order on our website right away.
